Tim Heinemann ready for first highlight of the season

The two most important races of the year are ahead of Tim Heinemann. The man from Fichtenberg starts the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring motivated.

With around 140 vehicles, the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring will start next weekend. Among them, Falken Motorsports will field two Porsche 911 GT3 R. Tim Heinemann will drive the #44 Porsche together with Dorian Boccolacci from France, reigning race winner Dennis Marschall and Morris Schuring, who won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMGT3 class last year.

After a successful pre-season – Falken Motorsports has won two races in the ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series so far this year – the entire team is motivated to start Germany's biggest automobile racing event. The goal of the entire team is clear, the team wants to fight for a top result! However, the team is also aware that this will not be an easy task.

The ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring will take place from 19 to 22 June. It is assumed that again well over 200,000 spectators will make the pilgrimage to the Eifel for the race. In addition, the race can also be followed worldwide via YouTube livestream. The German free-to-air TV channel NITRO will also broadcast the entire race live and is aiming for a world record for the longest TV broadcast of a live sporting event.

The twice-the-clock race will start at 16:00 on 21 June. On the days before, the participants will have several hours of training time to get used to the legendary race track and place themselves on the grid in the best possible way. On Wednesday, a special highlight awaits the fans of the race with the Adenauer Racing Day, when the participants present themselves in the city centre of Adenau in front of the enthusiastic fans, hand out autographs and collect selfies.

Tim Heinemann (GER):

"The time has finally come! I'm really looking forward to the first of the two upcoming 24-hour races, even though it's going to be tough for sure. I feel well prepared. Over a year of preparation, countless hours on the simulator and many NLS races we work for this race. I am happy and highly motivated. I have three new teammates at my side with Dorian, Morris and Dennis and will try to pass on my experience from the last few years in the best possible way so that we can achieve a top result!"
