A major push from razoon – more than racing at the SRO race weekends. The team from Eggerdorf near Graz will compete in the GT2 European Series powered by Pirelli, in addition to its programmes in the GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS and the GT4 European Series. The Austrian team will field a KTM X-BOW GT2 in the European Championship.

The KTM X-BOW GT2 has established itself as one of the most successful GT2 cars in recent years. The spectacular car is characterised by its canopy. The car is powered by a 2.5-litre 5-cylinder TFSI engine from Audi, which is distinguished by its distinctive sound. The engine develops up to 660 hp.

The razoon – more than racing KTM will compete in the Masters class for ambitious gentleman drivers. Team owner Dominik Olbert will take his place in the cockpit and drive the car alongside Önder Erdem. Olbert has already gained extensive experience with KTM cars in the GT2 European Series and has also driven the car in endurance races in the Middle East. Önder Erdem will be undertaking a double programme, as he is also competing alongside the razoon team in the GT4 European Series, where he secured a strong podium finish at the season opener at the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet.

“We are proud to be the only team competing in the three major continental championships of the SRO and representing different brands in all three series. This allows us to offer drivers a unique progression pathway within the SRO platform,” said team owner Dominik Olbert. “We are also delighted that the GT2 European Series will finally be competing with a strong field of entrants, as the cars are spectacular and a great joy to drive. Our aim is to fight for the top places in the Masters class.”

The two races will start on Saturday at 1.25 pm and on Sunday at 11.15 am, and will be broadcast live via the official livestream on YouTube.
