Mission: Defending the title in the 24H Series Europe
After last year's triumph, the mission to defend the title for the racing team from Bavaria is on the agenda in 2026. The team competes in the Europe-wide endurance series with a Porsche 911 GT3 R and a powerful line-up.
A total of five races are on the program, which the team will contest. Jörg Dreisow, Manuel Lauck and Constantin Dressler, who were successful last year, are also part of the line-up this year. The trio will be supported by two experienced champions over the course of the season: Dennis Marschall, reigning champion in the Bronze Cup class of the GT World Challenge Europe, will take the wheel at the 12 Hours of Mugello. In the remaining rounds, Porsche contract driver Joel Sturm, who won the LMGT3 classification in the FIA WEC in 2024, will compete as the fourth driver for the Hofkirchen-based company.
The vehicle, driver and team are now ready to build on the extremely successful previous season. At the 24-hour race in Barcelona, the racing team managed to celebrate the title in the GT3 classification of the series. In addition, there was also victory in the GT3 Pro-Am classification to celebrate. Successes like these underline that the team is also one of the top teams in endurance racing.
"I'm really looking forward to this year's season in the 24H Series," explains Jörg Dreisow. "Last year's title was my biggest success in motorsport so far, which we have earned with a consistent performance throughout the year. We would like to continue at this level this year! With Manuel and Constantin, two drivers accompany me over the entire season, some of whom have been riding with me for a long time. In addition, with Dennis and Joel, two extremely fast drivers are part of our line-up, from whom I can still learn a lot."
The season of the Michelin 24h Series Europe starts at the end of March with the 12h Mugello, before it concludes after five stops in September with the 24h Barcelona. For the first time, the series will hold a 12-hour race at the Nürburgring in July. All races can be followed on the official YouTube channel of the racing series.
