Jeff Giassi Hits the Podium at Velocitta

Jeff Giassi finished third in Race 2 of the second round of the Porsche Cup Brasil, held last Sunday at Autódromo Velocitta. In a competitive field of 37 cars, Giassi made an immediate impact, climbing quickly to third place and securing a well-earned podium.

His performance stood out for its precision and consistency. After overtaking four rivals in the very first lap, Giassi expertly managed his pace, defended his position, and avoided mistakes on the demanding, technical circuit.

“Third place in a 37-car grid—it’s hard to believe I’m finally seeing the results of all the hard work. I started seventh and moved up to third on the first lap, then held that position until the finish,” Giassi said after the race.

The next round of the 2026 Porsche Cup Brasil will take place in Le Mans, France, as part of the official 24 Hours of Le Mans schedule. It’s another opportunity for Giassi to compete on an international stage and build on his strong start to the season.
