Porsche Motorsport North America (PMNA) and USAC Racing today announced the 2026 calendars for three of its single-make racing series comprising the most common entry points to the Porsche Motorsport Pyramid in North America. Dates for Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama, Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West by Yokohama have been confirmed for seven rounds and six rounds respectively. Competitors in those events run two races per weekend. Porshe Endurance Challenge North America will run four races next season.

Carson, Calif. Porsche one-make championships provide aspiring professional and gentleman drivers the opportunity to race state of the art Porsche machinery. All three USAC-sanctioned series, along with the IMSA-sanctioned Porsche Carrera Cup North America, are part of the Porsche Motorsports pyramid, attracting a wide range of talented drivers and passionate enthusiasts from all corners of North America and beyond.

Drivers compete in run groups specific to their machinery in Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama, while both the Porsche Spring Challenge USA West by Yokohama and Porsche Endurance Challenge North America series offer mixed-class competition where drivers in the 911 GT3 Cup and 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport compete side-by-side.

Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama The popular Barber Motorsports Park returns to the calendar in 2026. In total, the series will once again visit seven top-level racetracks across the United States. The season opens with an early March date at Sebring International Raceway, followed by the previously mentioned trip to Barber Motorsports Park.

The Barber event will run as a support race to the IndyCar Series during the Alabama weekend. Porsche Sprint Challenge North America will visit Sonoma Raceway, Circuit of the Americas, Virginia International Raceway and Road America before capping the season at Road Atlanta in mid-September. The series, which sets itself apart in offering mixed-class racing in a single-make, sprint race format, will open the season at Apex Motor Club in Maricopa, Arizona, in February.

The championship then joins Porsche Sprint Challenge North America for the next two events at Sonoma Raceway and Circuit of the Americas. The West series will return to Sonoma in May as the premier race series at Velocity Invitational, which is an annual automotive festival that includes vintage racing, a supercar show, food and wine.

The season continues with a summer event at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca before finishing the season with its only round east of the Mississippi at Road Atlanta in a joint event with the North American championship.

Competitors in both Porsche Sprint Challenge North America and Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West run two sprint races per event.

Porsche Endurance Challenge North America

The third season of Porsche Endurance Challenge North America continues to host four races in conjunction with Porsche Sprint Challenge North America rounds. The championship will begin once again at Sebring International Raceway before traveling west for a round at Sonoma Raceway.

Following an early summer break, the championship will resume at Road America and finish the season at Road Atlanta in September. Like its Sprint Challenge counterparts, Porsche Endurance Challenge features Pro and Pro-Am classes competing in both the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup and Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport. The endurance races, however, feature the option for single drivers or co-drivers and include a mandatory pit stop window.

Porsche GT Track Day Returns

In addition to the wheel-to-wheel racing, Porsche Motorsport North America and its official licensing partner, USAC, will once again offer Porsche GT Track Day events during the 2026 season.

The Porsche GT Track Day is an exclusive experience designed for Porsche owners to unleash the full potential of their vehicles in a motorsport environment, offering opportunities to drive on some of the most iconic racing circuits in North America while immersing participants in the world of Porsche Motorsport.

The 2026 calendar features events at Apex Motor Club, Sonoma Raceway, Circuit of the Americas and Road Atlanta. Each event offers up to three hours of track time on a weekend shared with a Porsche Sprint Challenge event. The calendar for Porsche Carrera Cup North America, the premier single-make championship in North America, will be revealed later this year. As previously announced, Porsche Carrera Cup North America is one of just four selected markets globally to run the new Type 992.2 Porsche 911 Cup race car in its debut season.
