Estoril Elevates PSCI's International Momentum

The second round of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica season delivered another major step forward in the championship’s continued international growth, combining highly competitive racing with a premium paddock atmosphere strongly aligned with Porsche Motorsport’s global one-make philosophy.

Hosted at the iconic Estoril Circuit, the event featured four intense Sprint races, packed paddock activity and strong attendance from Porsche owners, enthusiasts, guests and partners, creating an atmosphere that blended motorsport, lifestyle and networking in a uniquely Porsche environment.

On track, the Estoril round once again confirmed the extremely competitive balance defining the 2026 season. Borja García Menéndez (GT Corse) emerged as the standout performer of the weekend, securing two overall victories and consistently running at the front throughout the event. Álvaro Bajo (GT Corse) inherited victory in Race 4 following post-race technical decisions, further reinforcing the strength of the Spanish team across the weekend. The event also highlighted the growing competitiveness of the Ladies Cup, with Chloe Grant and Francisca “Kika” Queiroz continuing to fight at the front of the field.

The final race of the weekend provided one of the most dramatic moments of the season so far, as heavy rain transformed track conditions during the closing stages and added further unpredictability to an already intense competitive program.

Drivers meet Riders: PSCI brings together two premium worlds

Beyond the racing action, PSCI continued to reinforce its lifestyle and experiential positioning through the “Drivers Meet Riders” activation held at Quinta da Marinha, one of Portugal’s most prestigious equestrian venues.

The initiative connected PSCI drivers with riders from the Jumping Cascais Trophy in a crossover experience designed to unite two worlds naturally linked by performance, precision, exclusivity and premium lifestyle culture.

The event generated strong engagement across guests, partners and social media platforms, further reinforcing PSCI’s ambition to position itself as more than a racing championship — a premium motorsport platform with strong lifestyle integration.

Premium partners continue to strengthen PSCI ecosystem

The Estoril round also marked further expansion of PSCI’s premium partner ecosystem.

Porsche Leiria continued its important presence within the championship environment, while Falconeri renewed its partnership with PSCI, bringing Italian elegance and premium lifestyle identity once again to the VIP Village Lounge.

The championship also welcomed Gourmandis Ibéricos and Nena Selected Coffee, two brands that added further sophistication and hospitality value to the paddock experience through premium gastronomy and contemporary coffee culture.

At the same time, INFINOX strengthened its association with PSCI as part of the championship’s growing international commercial positioning.

Together, these partnerships continue to reinforce PSCI’s distinctive blend of motorsport, hospitality, networking and lifestyle activation.

Strong media impact confirms PSCI growth

Following the first two rounds of the 2026 season, Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica surpassed €500,000 in estimated media return, confirming the growing visibility and relevance of the championship across television, digital and international media platforms.

The Estoril event alone generated more than €327,000 in television media value, supported by four live races broadcast on V+ alongside editorial coverage on TVI.

The championship’s growing international exposure has also been reinforced through multilingual press coverage and dedicated digital broadcasts across several European markets.
